Join us for an inspiring Leadership Dinner and Conference that brings together community members, business leaders, and public safety advocates for an evening focused on growth, resilience, and impactful leadership. This special fundraising event benefits the Statesboro Police Officers Foundation and its mission to support local officers and their families.
🎤 Keynote Speaker: Cal Waters will share insights on leading with purpose, building strong teams, and making decisions under pressure—drawing from a career developing leaders across military, legal, and academic environments. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Army Ranger School, Cal has served in combat and held leadership roles as an infantry officer and attorney, including work as a military prosecutor. He is also the host of The Intentional Leader Podcast and the creator of The Intentional Letter, a weekly leadership newsletter focused on clarity, character, and sustainable performance.
