Join us for an inspiring leadership conference that brings together community members, business leaders, and public safety advocates to advance a meaningful cause. This special fundraising event will benefit the Statesboro Police Officers Foundation and its mission to support local officers and their families.

Attendees will hear from keynote speaker Lt. Col. Cal Waters, who will share insights on leadership, service, and decision-making under pressure. The program also features special guest Richie Parker, whose story and perspective promise to motivate and challenge guests to think differently about resilience, teamwork, and purpose.

This conference is designed to encourage leadership at every level while strengthening the connection between our community and those who serve it. Proceeds from the event will directly support initiatives that enhance officer wellness, training, and community engagement in Statesboro.
